I was really hoping for a great stay, especially since I booked with Bonvoy points, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room had a weird layout and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive. On the brighter side, the cheese and wine gift was a lovely touch during our stay. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it felt more like a 3.5-star experience rather than the category 5 I expected.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the amazing spa treatment and the attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a fantastic view of the golf course. However, the hotel could benefit from a bit of modernization, and the gym was a bit cramped when crowded. Overall, it was a great place for some winter relaxation and sun.
